Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.

Products & Descriptions
We offer made-to-order apparel, embroidered items, personalized products, and other custom goods.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, and sizing information. Screen settings may affect color appearance, and minor variations in embroidery and placement may occur.
When identified as mockups, product images are illustrative previews. Finished items may have minor differences, but should remain materially consistent with the product description. Design dimensions may vary by garment size, as described in the listing.
Orders & Payment
Please review all order details before completing checkout, including sizes, colors, personalization, shipping addresses, and quantities.
Payment is due at checkout unless a listing or written agreement states otherwise. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee fulfillment if an availability issue, pricing error, or other problem is discovered.
We may decline or cancel orders because of suspected fraud, unavailable products or materials, inaccurate pricing, or requests we cannot fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled items and any applicable shipping charges.
Personalized & Custom Orders
You are responsible for submitting accurate personalization details, including names, spelling, initials, dates, and selected options.
If a proof is provided for approval, please review it carefully. Approval authorizes us to produce the item according to that proof. Not every order includes a proof unless stated in the listing or agreed to in writing.
Changes and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Once production has begun or custom materials have been ordered specifically for your purchase, changes may no longer be possible.
Customer-Supplied Designs
By submitting artwork, logos, images, or other content for a custom order, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to authorize its use.
You grant us permission to use that content as needed to fulfill your order. We may decline requests involving content we reasonably believe infringes another party’s rights or is otherwise unlawful.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
If we discover a material pricing or listing error after you place an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected item.
Production & Shipping
Production times are separate from shipping transit times. Please review the processing timeframe stated in the product listing and any preorder or scheduled closure notices before ordering.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If we cannot meet a stated shipping commitment, we will contact you with an update and any applicable options.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an address error you provided.

Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Our restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

Our original website text, photographs, branding, and designs belong to Ollie & Ella Co. or are used with permission. Other content may belong to its respective owners.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of associated artwork or grant permission to reproduce our original designs, photographs, or branding for commercial use.

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or services outside our control.
